🏊‍♂️ Exciting News: Pool Construction is Beginning! 🥳

We are thrilled to announce that the pool permit has officially been approved, and work is ready to get underway!

Here is a quick look at what is happening next:

• Site Layout: The contractor will be staking out the exact footprint for the pool house and pool areas tomorrow and early next week.

• Foundation Work: Shortly after the layout is set, concrete pouring will be scheduled to get the pool house structure started.

We appreciate everyone's patience and excitement as we kick off this awesome community upgrade. Stay tuned for more updates as construction progresses!

A big thank you to Queens Creek Methodist Church for providing FREE lunches to the children in our community this week! 🍎💙

It was wonderful to see so many families stop by, and we're grateful for this amazing partnership that helps support our residents throughout the summer.

📅 Reminder: FREE lunches for children ages 1–15 will be available again on Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Lunches are limited, so please plan to arrive early.

We can't wait to see everyone again!
