In Philadelphia, it’s easier to get a licensed to carry a firearm than one to rent out a house.

The criteria imposed for a landlord to get a license to legally rent out. A property is so high that there are tens of thousands of landlords, not in compliance. Not because the landlord is unwilling to get the rental license, because the city makes it too tough for them to get a rental license.

Dear Philadelphians, I lived in South Philly for years, so I understand what a folding chair means after a snowstorm. I respect the chair.

However, Maintenance needs a place to park. They just need to put their truck somewhere so they can go inside some property and fix whatever is broken. They’re not intending to take your spot for a long period of time. They’re not going to remain there overnight. They will move their truck.

Please don’t hurt them…. Especially if they’re wearing a blue shirt with a REMA logo.
