Some real estate transactions turn into so much more than just buying a home. 🤍

My buyer came to Huntsville as part of a military relocation, and somewhere along the way, she became a friend. She’s adventurous, loves good food, is SO much fun to be around, and I’ve loved helping her find her next chapter here. 🏡

The moment we opened the door to this home, she immediately fell in love. We knew pretty quickly that this was the one — and shortly after, we were officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

And the best part? We also got to show the home to her mom and we got to meet the sellers, who are the sweetest people. It made the whole experience feel even more special.

Now we’re working toward a quick closing so she and her two pups can get settled into their new home and out of their Airbnb ASAP! 🐾🏡
