People see the SOLD sign.
What they don’t always see is everything that happened before it.
This transaction was the result of many people working toward the same goal. Before closing day, there were plumbing repairs, fresh paint, landscaping, open houses, a broker open, scheduling, follow-up, and countless behind-the-scenes details that all had to come together at the right time.
To make things even more interesting, the buyers were selling their own home in order to purchase this one, which meant even more moving parts, timelines, and communication between everyone involved.
One of the things I love most about real estate is that my role extends far beyond contracts and negotiations. I’m often coordinating with contractors, vendors, lenders, title, inspectors, and other agents to help keep everything moving forward. If the process feels seamless for my clients, that’s exactly how I want it to feel.
This closing is a reminder that behind every SOLD sign is a team of people working hard to make it happen.
