Hello! We have a few 3 & 4 BR Houses & Apts still available for 2026-27 that groups of 2,3, 4 or 7 could rent if you want the WHOLE HOUSE!!!!

*All have Private laundry in each house/apt (NOT SHARED/NOT COIN), All have Dishwashers, All have FULL beds, All include utilities except for wifi- NO CAPS, All have parking available…some have FREE parking!

-7 People can rent a WHOLE house. We have two houses with a 4 BR top apartment and a 3 BR bottom apartment.

931-2 Garman (4BR) & 931-5 Garman (3BR)- We have one 3 BR (for a group of 2 or 3) & one 4 BR APT (for a group of 3 or 4) that are just Steps from campus! GREAT first apartment for a Freshman coming out of the dorms or anyone who wants to be super close to campus! Both have New Kitchens!

1077-1 Church St (3 BR)- We have one 3BR HOUSE This house is a quick 7 min. walk to campus. One Bedroom has a HUGE walk in closet that many students decide to turn into into a study area in addition to storage/closet. One bedroom has an original solid wood sliding pocket door.

Do you want a big porch? We have a large 3 story house that is 4 BR with a large porch, new kitchen, on street parking & private off street parking available. 1077-2 Church street

Do you want a house that has a homey feel with a big backyard where you can play sports? We have one 3 BR and two 4BR houses, you should check out- Free parking at the house with option to purchase next to campus parking. 455, 457 and 435A Maple Street
