A lot of exciting things are happening at Plainfield Innovation Park.

Ambrose has broken ground on Buildings I and II, marking the start of Phase I construction at the 720-acre master-planned business park in Plainfield, Indiana. The first two speculative buildings will total approximately 398,000 SF of modern industrial space. Both buildings are targeting LEED Silver certification and are designed to support a range of logistics, distribution, life sciences and manufacturing operations.

The milestone comes as momentum continues across the park. Last week, members of the Ambrose Team joined Boston Scientific Corporation, state and local leaders and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Boston Scientific’s previously announced global medical device distribution facility.

Together, these milestones reflect the continued strength of Plainfield as one of the Midwest’s premier industrial and logistics submarkets and the growing demand for modern, highly functional space in the Greater Indianapolis market.

Continued momentum across Ambrose’s portfolio, this time in Denver.

HubStarr Logistics has established its first Colorado operation in Building I at Ascent Commerce Center, leasing 43,350 SF of space to support its expanding Western U.S. logistics network.

Located minutes from Denver International Airport, Ascent Commerce Center is a three-building industrial park that offers connectivity and flexibility to serve customers across the Mountain States and beyond. With Buildings I and II now fully occupied, space ranging from 16,640 – 84,528 SF remains available in Building III.

Ambrose has broken ground on Indianapolis Logistics Park - South, a 16-acre, two-building Class A industrial park in Greenwood, Indiana.

Located directly south of Indianapolis, the speculative development will feature approximately 255,000 SF of modern industrial space designed to support a range of logistics, distribution and manufacturing users.

Situated along I-65 in the South submarket of Indianapolis, the park offers immediate interstate access, proximity to I-465, Indianapolis International Airport and the world’s second-largest FedEx hub, as well as access to a strong surrounding labor base.

Major investment news for Plainfield and Indiana’s growing life sciences sector, and Ambrose is proud to be part of it.

Boston Scientific recently announced plans to establish a new 500,000 SF distribution and logistics operation at Plainfield Innovation Park, representing an approximately $138 million investment and creating up to 300 new high-wage jobs.

This announcement reflects the continued strength of the Indianapolis industrial market and the growing need for modern, highly functional space that supports advanced logistics, manufacturing and life sciences operations.
