The Avenue team traded project plans for scorecards at our third annual golf outing. ⛳

This year’s outing at Plum Creek included lunch, 18 holes, a little friendly competition, and plenty of time to connect outside of our day-to-day work. It was a great opportunity to enjoy the relationships and camaraderie behind the projects we build together.

Today, we’re celebrating Estimator Conner Belcher and his two-year anniversary with Avenue.

Conner brings valuable hands-on construction experience and estimating expertise to every project. His early project evaluations help our team better understand scope, identify constructability considerations, and plan effectively before construction begins. His insight gives our project and field teams the information they need to move forward with confidence.

The Wall Street Journal recently explored the growing trend of Baby Boomers moving into senior living communities alongside their parents, including a mother and daughter who chose to move to Viva Bene St. Peters together.

Laurie Schultz, Founding Managing Member of Avenue and co-founder of Viva Bene, also shared her perspective on why this option can provide a sense of security for both generations.
