My client came to me with her lease coming to an end and a decision already made: she was ready to stop putting money into someone else’s property and start investing in stability for herself and her family.
So, we got to work.
We searched high and low, toured plenty of houses, and submitted a few offers that didn’t work out. Each time, I reminded her that she had only missed out on a house—not the house that was right for her.
Now, after plenty of patience, persistence, number-crunching, and negotiation, we are officially under contract! We still have the home inspection, FHA appraisal, title work, and several other important steps ahead of us, so we aren’t at the closing table just yet. But today, we are one meaningful step closer. 💜
This is why I do what I do. I don’t just sell houses—I help people build stability. The house is simply part of the journey.
