The features buyers get excited about keep evolving.

Just think of wallpaper styles, or the pink, green, or blue-tiled bathrooms of the 1960's, Aavocado Green, Harvest Gold or even Yellow appliances first introduced by GE, or the paneling and s**g carpet of the 1970's.
