Growing up here and raising a family in Ironwood, MI has given her a great appreciation for the beautiful outdoors surrounding our area. Licensed in Michigan since 2007 and Wisconsin since 2008, Nancy decided to open her own Real Estate office in 2017 and Zak's Realty Inc. was established. When she is not hard at work, you can probably find her outside doing things like: running, walking, hiking,
biking, horseback riding, swimming, kayaking, rollerblading, x-country or downhill skiing, ice skating or snowshoeing. She may be inside working on some crafts or taking another dance, music or painting class! Nancy's prior background was in banking where her attention to detail was so important. For a few creative years she owned Zak's Designs stained glass studio in the same building that is now Zak's Realty. Nancy's husband Tim is a licensed Residential Builder and together they have remodeled many homes. This has helped her develop a knack for remodeling and updating so she can help buyers see potential future changes in a home. Nancy & Tim are blessed with 2 wonderful children (and their spouses) that live in Ironwood along with 4 beautiful Grandchildren which they adore! Sundays are "Family Dinner" days where there is much laughter, lots of talking and the grandkids rule the house! Zak's Realty Motto is: "Going the extra mile is worth the run!"
*About Tracy DeRizzo: Tracy is a born & raised Ironwood native. She loves the area so much that she’s never left, and is happy to be raising her daughters here. She is a 4-season outdoor enthusiast with many hobbies, which include ATVing, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Tracy she has a strong background in Real Estate, having worked for a local Real Estate appraiser for 5+ years, and in a Real Estate office for 2 years. She decided that she enjoys the work so much, she would take the next step and get her license to start selling Real Estate herself with Zak's Realty Inc. Samantha, her Husband and 2 children live in Ironwood. She loves the outdoors and especially loves getting her kids outside to play! Samantha is family oriented and loves to help people.
