Gratitude also goes to Julie MacQuilliam Stone and Gary Ponce for stepping in seamlessly and coordinating closely with our site management teams to bring this effort across the finish line. Your teamwork makes all the difference.

And of course, a big thank you to our site teams, who work diligently to gather documentation and resident signatures under significant time constraints. Your commitment ensures we can continue providing high quality, affordable housing to the communities we serve.

These annual filings are essential to maintaining affordability for our residents, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our mission is to ensure every resident has a place they are proud to call home — and once again, mission accomplished.

Excited to have broken ground on Parkside Flats! Proud to partner with Modern Building Inc. as our General Contractor on this 168 unit affordable housing community that will feature a clubhouse, gym, pool and spa. The project will welcome its first residents in the fall of 2025.

The garden planting event at The Orchard in Santa Ana, California hosted by the California Culinary Coalition was a huge success! With the grant provided by Integrity Housing’s Michael Ward ACE Grant, the California Culinary Coalition and volunteers from Integrity Housing, Community Development Partners, Mercy House and their families planted a new edible garden capable of feeding over 100 families, a gas barbeque to prepare community meals, and the purchase of tables with umbrellas and chairs for events in The Orchard’s community spaces. Just in time for the summer!

Resident Services at Dutton Flats in Santa Rosa, CA kicked off this month with a Meet & Greet! The residents enjoyed meeting each other and are excited to start getting together for the fun planned activities LifeSTEPS has in store for them. The kids loved playing on the playground and climbing wall!
