Two weeks in with two babies just 14 months apart, and we are thriving!

Solely because of God’s love, mercy, grace, and strength.

Thrive has been gaining weight, sleeps in his own crib, and is already off to a great breastfeeding journey with Jemma.

Jemma has miraculously recovered so well from her C-section and is walking, moving, and feeling stronger every day.

Vienna has adjusted so well to being a big sister. She is always trying to help burp her brother, give him a little kiss, or share one of her toys with him. Watching her love on him has been incredibly special.

What an honor it is to be a dad and witness God’s answered prayers, faithfulness, and love firsthand.

Sure there have been hard moments and a little bit of chaos here and there but we chose to focus on all the good, the blessing that these kids are, and keeping the right perspective that someday we will look back and wish for these days back with our little kids.

Our hearts are so full. God is so so good.

This recent success story inspired me to make this reel…

A Realtor and I closed a transaction together, and even though he wasn’t originally my client and was representing the buyer, I have systems in place where I always reach out to the buyer’s agents on our transactions, celebrate the win, and help break down the prelim so they feel fully taken care of.

He was so impressed that he directed his next title order our way.

Around that time, I introduced him to our Next Sellers tool, which helps identify homeowners who may be the most likely to sell based on factors like ownership length, equity growth, and estimated loan balance.

He told me he was incredibly busy with work and family and only had time for a couple prospecting calls a day. I encouraged him to start there.

One phone call led to a meeting.

The meeting led to a listing appointment.

We helped create a hardbound property profile for the seller.

The home hit the market.

And recently… we closed that sale too.

He was absolutely fired up.

It’s a reminder that sometimes one conversation, one call, and one opportunity can change everything.

Serve people well. Follow up. Stay consistent. Small actions compound.

If you have a new listing or a recent sale and would like the Next Sellers around it, I’d love to help.

At 17, a severe staph infection entered my bloodstream and caused organ and heart failure. Doctors told my parents I might not make it through the night.

By God’s grace, I did.

Ever since, I’ve never looked at life the same way.

Life is a gift. Don’t waste it.

Train hard. Love your family well. Honor Jesus. Bring great energy. Expect the best. Surrender the rest to God.

People will talk either way, so give them something legendary to talk about and go out and GET IT!!!

Feeling incredibly blessed in this season of life.
Today June 5th is a special day for so many reasons.

Today Jemma and I celebrate 7 years of marriage.

Today, we celebrate 7 days with our son, Thrive.

And today also marks the 1-year anniversary of closing on our second Tennessee rental property.

Seconds after this photo was taken, it honestly moved me to tears.

I was holding our son, looking at Jemma, watching Vienna, and just thinking, “Wow. I can’t believe I this is my life. I feel so so blessed.”

It was surreal to be holding answered prayers I had dreamed and believed for. Prayers that someday I would have an amazing wife, someday we would have a child, and that someday our family would grow. And in that moment it all hit me, all those huge prayers I had prayed were now reality and right in front of me.

God has been SO faithful.

One fun fact that still blows my mind: I called the birthdays of both of our kids at their very first doctor appointments.

When we found out we were pregnant with Vienna, her due date was 3/23. Ephesians 3:20 has been my favorite Bible verse for years, and I told Jemma, “She’s going to be born on March 20th.”

She was.

Then with Thrive, his due date was June 1st. I told everyone he would be born on 5/29. The number 5 has always been my favorite number, and I was born on the 29th of September, so I just had a feeling.

Sure enough, he arrived on May 29th.

Coincidence? Maybe.
God’s fingerprints? ABSOLUTELY.

My heart is full of gratitude today.

For my wife.
For our children.
For God’s provision.
For the opportunities He’s entrusted us with.

Jemma I cannot believe how much God has transformed our hearts and our lives in these last 7 years! It’s an honor to be your husband. You are my best friend, the love of my life, and the most amazing Mama to our two children. So thankful for all you do!

God is so good!!!

Thrive James Walsh 🤍
Born on May 29, 2026 at 4:10 PM
7 lbs. 11 oz.
19.5 inches.

Baby boy is healthy, thriving, and already an absolute LEGEND.

We are so incredibly grateful to God and overwhelmed with joy as we welcome our son into the world. This has truly been one of the greatest moments of our lives.

Because Thrive was breech, we had a scheduled C-section. For any mama reading this who has a breech baby or is preparing for a C-section, let this be a message of encouragement. We had the most incredible experience.

Right after Thrive was born, he was placed on Jemma’s chest and immediately started breastfeeding while the doctors were still finishing the surgery, and it was amazing watching them get that bonding time right from the start. The staff mentioned this was incredibly rare to see.

Jemma absolutely crushed it and has been recovering incredibly well. Less than 10 hours after giving birth, she was already up walking and continuing to amaze the doctors and nurses.

We also cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Kaiser. Every doctor, nurse, and team member treated us with such kindness, positivity, and care. We truly felt so taken care of every step of the way.

Thrive’s life verse is Jeremiah 29:11:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Thank you to everyone who has been praying for us, encouraging us, and celebrating alongside us. Praise Jesus for answered prayers. We are so thankful for our son and this incredible blessing.
