Great Place to Work Certified
Featured in Newsweek amd Fortune's Greatest Midsize Workplaces The Homeowners Association industry has mostly been reduced to the idea of working checklists and producing reports. Many management companies are about just pushing paper and answering phones. The problem with this is that the ultimate goal is lost when the focus is on paper and phones. At Action Property

Management, we are always mindful of our mission: To Improve the Quality of Peoples’ lives. If we do our jobs well, we will have a positive impact on the lives of people who live in our communities. Everything we do is geared first toward the question: How does this impact the quality of life in the communities that we manage? Our systems and processes are all designed with that goal in mind. Our technology is structured – not to be an end in itself – but as a means to deliver a higher quality of life to the residents of our communities. With this ultimate goal in mind, our managers display the highest levels of ethics, organization, leadership and commitment. They are supported by exceptional assistants and clerical staff. In addition, Action’s unique Community Care department resolves 70% of all homeowner questions and concerns without the homeowner ever being transferred to another department. This support allows homeowner needs to be met quickly and effectively while freeing the managers to do what they do best – improve the quality of life in the communities they manage.

Show me the money!!

HOA reserve funds are not a jackpot or a discretionary spending account. Thankfully, most board members understand their fiduciary duties. The funds belong to the homeowners collectively and are set aside for major repairs and replacements that keep the community running smoothly.

So no, the board can't take reserve money to Las Vegas, invest it in risky schemes, or spend it on whatever sounds fun. They have a fiduciary responsibility to protect those funds and use them for the benefit of the association.

Ep. 93: Is Your HOA Board Exposed to Liability for Negligence?
In the latest episode of The Uncommon Area, Lisa breaks down HOA board negligence in plain language: what it is, where it shows up, and how boards can protect themselves and their communities.

We're talking underfunded reserves, deferred maintenance, opinion shopping, harassment complaints, social media risks, and the one documentation tool most boards don't use but absolutely should.

Whether you're on a board, manage communities, or just want to understand your HOA better, this episode has something for you.

Complex system, simple interface.

Community managers juggle communication, violations, work orders, architectural requests, accounting, documents, and countless daily tasks. It can feel impossible to keep everything moving.

Nathan makes it look easy because he has one platform built to manage it all. SnapHOA brings every essential function together in a streamlined, intuitive experience so managers spend less time switching between systems and more time serving their communities.

Fresh soil, new greenery, and a lot of community 🌼🌿

At the first annual 21TC Garden Day, volunteers rolled up their sleeves to transform the Terrace garden and pool area through new plantings, improved drainage, relocated landscape features, and thoughtful enhancements that improved both the beauty and functionality of the space.

Beyond the physical improvements, the event helped strengthen connections between neighbors, encouraged resident involvement, and even generated meaningful cost savings for the Association. To cap off a successful day, participants gathered for lunch and celebrated the impact they made together.

We love seeing communities invest in the places they call home!
