Irvine was just ranked the #1 housing market in Southern California. 📈🏡

If you own a home in Irvine, your equity is sitting in one of the strongest, most stable markets in the entire country.

WalletHub just released their ranking of the 300 biggest housing markets in the U.S., and Irvine absolutely dominated the California charts.

The Hard Data on Irvine:
🏆 #1 Housing Market in Southern California
🇺🇸 #10 Housing Market in the Nation
🏙️ #2 Best "Large City" Market (behind only Charlotte, NC)

(For context: Los Angeles ranked 237th, and San Francisco ranked 273rd).

Why did Irvine rank so high?
The study was based on hard data, weighing the actual real estate market at 80% and the local economy at 20%. Irvine scored at the very top of the charts thanks to steady home value appreciation, rapid sales velocity, strong job growth, high median incomes, and boasting one of the lowest crime rates in the country.

It took a hit in the "affordability" category (because it is undeniably expensive to buy here), but as a measure of long-term wealth building and market stability, Irvine is incredibly hard to beat.

Good news if you love hanging out in Old Towne Orange! 🚗⏱️

Have you ever had to cut a dinner short at the Orange Plaza because you were worried about getting a parking ticket? You finally have a little more breathing room!

The City of Orange just officially extended its paid parking time limits in the downtown area.

Here are the new parking limits:
🅿️ On-Street Paid Parking: Increased to 3 Hours
🅿️ City-Owned Paid Lots: Increased to 4 Hours

The city made the change after receiving feedback that the old limits were simply too short for people trying to shop, dine, and enjoy the downtown area. Since Old Towne Orange is one of the most walkable, character-filled downtowns in Orange County, easier parking helps everyone.

Is this the end of Tustin's oldest shopping center? 🏗️🏘️

Enderle Center on 17th Street (near Old Town Tustin) has been a local staple for decades. But like many aging retail centers in Orange County, it is about to undergo a massive reinvention.

Newport Beach-based developer Burnham Ward Properties has officially closed on the property and is transforming it into a brand-new mixed-use district called Campo on Seventeenth.

Here is what is coming to Tustin:
🏘️ Mixed-Use Living: The new district will feature 60,000 sq ft of refreshed retail and restaurant space paired with roughly 100 for-sale townhomes.
🍽️ Zov’s is Staying: The iconic Tustin anchor (since 1987) is remaining open and will expand into an 8,200 sq ft space on the old El Torito site!
☕ New Additions: While no new leases are officially signed, the developers are actively in talks with high-end fashion, fitness, and personal service businesses. Susie Cakes has expressed interest, and a boutique coffee shop is slated for one of the two new drive-thrus!

Demolition is scheduled to begin in October, with the new commercial spaces aiming for a Holiday 2027 grand opening.

This is part of a massive trend across Orange County: transforming massive, empty parking lots into highly walkable, modern communities.

Taco Bell is hosting a golf tournament in Laguna Beach, and the prize is legendary. 🌮⛳️

This might be the most "Orange County" event of the year. Irvine-headquartered Taco Bell is officially taking over The Ranch at Laguna Beach this November for their first-ever golf tournament: The Live Más Open.

Hosted by Kevin Hart, this 9-hole, highly "unserious" tournament will feature 36 players, including celebrities, pro athletes, and everyday fans.

What to expect on the course:
🌮 An actual on-course Taco Bell drive-thru
🏌️‍♂️ Wildcard challenges and a live team draft
🧥 "Purple Jackets" for the winners

The ultimate prize? The winning team gets the power to officially bring back ONE discontinued Taco Bell menu item in 2027!

Want to play? Regular fans can actually qualify to get drafted by competing at local Topgolf locations through the end of September!
