The sunlight coming through your favorite window. A quiet morning before the day gets busy. The familiar sounds, the favorite spots, and the everyday routines we sometimes take for granted.

It's easy to focus on what we'd like to change or improve about our homes. But there's something to be said for appreciating the things we already love.

After all, it's not always the big things that make a house feel like home.

One step closer to what’s next.

3528 Cambria Street is officially contingent, and for my sellers, that means an important part of their move is now underway.

There’s still work to do between an accepted offer and closing day, but this is a milestone worth celebrating.

Now it’s about keeping everything moving, taking care of the details and getting them successfully to the closing table.
