KnB property Management is currently hiring for multiple positions in several departments. We are paying top dollar for the right skill set and we will train the right candidate for the following positions.
Skilled Carpenter
**Must have own tools.**
Painter Knowledge of all types of paint applications, interior & exterior, all surfaces.
Flooring All types of flooring, including VCP,VCT, Snap together, Glue down, Tile
& Hardwood 5/4 board.
Drywall Able to hang, repair, Tape & Finish drywall. Ability to apply texture a Plus.
Wood/Metal framing, Grid ceiling,
General Maintenance
General maintenance calls, including changing a light bulb to replacing a faucet.
Changing a light fixture to replacing appliances. Minor drywall repair to spot painting to lock changes and pressure washing. Anything in between.
Lawn Care
Mowing lawns, edging, string trimmer, blowing, and hedge trimming.
Office administration/Sales
Sales and marketing skills.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, as well as general proficiency with computers and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
