This one feels a little closer to home. 🤍

If you didn’t know, I’m originally from Tennessee, and Dolly Parton has always felt like a little piece of home to me.

I grew up visiting Dollywood every year being only 35 minutes away, had the pleasure of meeting Dolly multiple times and seeing her sing. There’s something really special about getting to bring your children back to a place that holds so much of your own childhood. And today, knowing the woman behind so much of that magic is gone feels incredibly bittersweet.

Dolly represented Tennessee so beautifully. Her kindness, faith, generosity, and the way she never forgot where she came from.

I’m incredibly grateful for the memories and for getting to experience a small piece of her incredible life and legacy.

There will never be another Dolly. Rest easy, Tennessee’s Queen. 🤍🦋

GOOD MORNING & UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡☀️

I’m a firm believer that what’s meant for you will always find its way to you.

This one is the perfect example. My clients were previously under contract on another home, but unfortunately, the home inspection uncovered some concerns that ultimately led them to make the difficult decision to terminate.

Disappointing in the moment? Absolutely. But sometimes a closed door is just redirecting you to the one you were actually supposed to walk through.

And here we are UNDER CONTRACT on something even better!

Life has a funny way of working itself out, and this is exactly why I always remind my clients: don’t get discouraged when the plan changes. Sometimes the change IS the plan. 🔑🤍

CLOSED 🏡🤍

Some clients just feel like friends from the very first phone call and Olivia was one of them.

She originally reached out because she wanted to work with someone who understood military life firsthand, and being a military spouse myself, our first conversation just clicked. Nothing felt scripted or forced. We talked about PCS life, the craziness that comes with it, and everything in between. From there, it was just easy. 🤍

I was able to meet Sam her husband in person for a showing while he was in town, and Olivia once when she came to visit- after that? We handled everything virtually all the way down to a mail-away closing! 📬🔑

Military moves don’t always happen in the most traditional way. Sometimes one spouse is here, one is somewhere else, timelines are crazy, and you’re making some pretty big decisions from miles away. Having someone in your corner who understands that life makes all the difference.

I am SO happy for Olivia and Sam and incredibly grateful that they trusted me to be that person for them.
