🏠 PAXSON RESIDENCE — GETTING CLOSE TO THE FINISH LINE!

This Barndos Direct build is really starting to come together! We’re almost ready for drywall, and we expect the drywall to be completed within the next week. From there, you’ll really start to see this home transform as all of the interior finishes begin going in.

This is a great-sized barndominium with a lot packed into the design:

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from **dirt work to keys in the homeowner’s hand** — keeping trades scheduled, jobsites ready, quality high, customers informed, and projects moving toward completion.

**What we’re looking for:**
• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Strong residential construction knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of scheduling, inspections, quality control, and trade coordination
• Willingness to travel throughout our service area
• Valid driver’s license and reliable pickup truck

🔥 Sparta, Tennessee — this one is coming together! 🔥

Beautiful Barndo build we have going up for the Alves family! I think it's official… RED might be our new favorite color scheme. 😎 That red metal, black roof and trim, black windows, and natural wood porch timbers make this house stand out in a BIG way.

This home features 2,278 sq. ft. of living space, a huge loft, over 600 sq. ft. of covered porches, and a detached 720 sq. ft. garage. It's been awesome watching this project take shape from the plans to what you see standing today.

Even better than the build has been getting to know the Alves family throughout the process. We might have started out talking barndominiums… but I'm already looking forward to getting some hunting in with Mr. Alves this season! 😂🦌

Typically, plumbing comes first in a build, followed by HVAC, then electrical. But this time, routing allows for flexibility. We're using a Goodman 3-ton unit and a Cooper&Hunter mini-split for the garage office.
