All right, everyone has been asking for it — so here it is!

A RAW WALKTHROUGH OF THE PAXSON JOB 🏠🔨

No polished final photos yet. This is a real look at where we're currently at in the beginning stages of the interior on this build.

We are officially in the drywall phase, and drywall will be taped and finished by the end of this weekend.

From there, we're moving fast:

• Paint starts next weekend
• Cabinets
• Countertops
• Flooring
• Tile
• Lighting
• Plumbing fixtures
• Final interior finishes
• Customer walkthrough & punch check

This is the stage where the house really starts transforming from a construction project into a home.

We wanted to give everyone a raw, behind-the-scenes look before everything gets covered up and the finished products start going in.

Stay tuned — the Paxson Residence is about to change quickly over the next several weeks.

🏠 PAXSON RESIDENCE — GETTING CLOSE TO THE FINISH LINE!

This Barndos Direct build is really starting to come together! We’re almost ready for drywall, and we expect the drywall to be completed within the next week. From there, you’ll really start to see this home transform as all of the interior finishes begin going in.

This is a great-sized barndominium with a lot packed into the design:

🔹 2,205 sq. ft. of living space
🔹 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms
🔹 1,160 sq. ft. attached garage with tall ceilings
🔹 360 sq. ft. front porch
🔹 504 sq. ft. rear porch
🔹 1,014 sq. ft. attic space
🔹 5,243 sq. ft. total under roof

The floor plan features a large open living room and kitchen, walk-in pantry, dedicated laundry and mudroom, spacious master suite with walk-in closet, and plenty of garage space. The large front and rear porches are going to make this one an awesome home for enjoying the outdoors as well.

Outside, we’ll be moving into final grading and getting grass established shortly, so the entire property is about to start looking finished as well.

And we’re not just going to show you the finished exterior…

🎥 We’ll be doing a FULL walkthrough of this build once the interior finishes are completed, showing you the layout, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, finishes, garage, and all the details that went into bringing this home from plans to reality.

Stay tuned — the next few weeks are going to make a BIG difference on this one!

🔥 Sparta, Tennessee — this one is coming together! 🔥

Beautiful Barndo build we have going up for the Alves family! I think it's official… RED might be our new favorite color scheme. 😎 That red metal, black roof and trim, black windows, and natural wood porch timbers make this house stand out in a BIG way.

This home features 2,278 sq. ft. of living space, a huge loft, over 600 sq. ft. of covered porches, and a detached 720 sq. ft. garage. It's been awesome watching this project take shape from the plans to what you see standing today.

Even better than the build has been getting to know the Alves family throughout the process. We might have started out talking barndominiums… but I'm already looking forward to getting some hunting in with Mr. Alves this season! 😂🦌

Thank you to the Alves family for trusting Barndos Direct with your home. We're not finished yet — but she's looking GOOD! 🔨🏠

Custom home. Custom process. Built around the people living in it.

See how this stunning Trex decking in a beautiful gray hue perfectly complements the gray siding, black roof, and black trim. A truly cohesive and attractive color scheme for any home.

Typically, plumbing comes first in a build, followed by HVAC, then electrical. But this time, routing allows for flexibility. We're using a Goodman 3-ton unit and a Cooper&Hunter mini-split for the garage office.

Unboxing a thoughtful gift from the framer today! We're adding custom doors for easier storage access up top and ensuring the air handler is readily available. This build is shaping up to be really cool.
