Tayia and Connor, came to me in Feb 2023 while relocating to Janesville for work. TWO YEARS LATER… and these first-time buyers and their 2 precious pups have officially found the one! This wasn’t a quick decision. It was a thoughtful, patient journey. It's so easy to lose hope after seeing a few homes and feeling like the right one is never going to come along. These 2 have the patience of saints! I am so overwhelmed with joy thinking about the lifetime of memories they are going to make in this new place.

I suppose it's time to update "the Book", so everyone knows I am BACK! Baby Leah has already begun putting her time in tagging along with mom. Here's a quick snapshot of one of my closings last week! ✨

This one meant a lot. Last week, I had the privilege of helping an old classmate close on her new home in Fort Atkinson— I LOVE coming back to Fort for Real Estate. The nostalgia hits hard.

She came to me after feeling overlooked and flat out underserved in her home buying process, and I’m so grateful she gave me the chance to change that experience. Together, we found her the perfect place to begin a fresh chapter, closer to friends and family.
