Ya Bought It! Just as I said last week we closed on house number 2 for March of 2026... we will do our thing and give updates. This is by far one of our best buys to date as it requires very little in fact the owner will be fully moved out Saturday Morning. We will keep this ball rolling.

The response from Facebook after I reported the Scammer Trying to steal people's money by charging them an application fee to rent a house which he has zero authority to rent.

It has been brought to our attention that someone running a page titled Kelvin.Williams Properties has been using the address of one of our properties 27 Church st. Spencer TN to SCAM people out of funds by charging an application fee.

We do not know who this person is they have no connection to us or our properties and we NEVER charge an application fee.

We offer move in ready Rent To Own opportunities at a fair market rate and we personally get to know each applicant. When it comes time to take possession of a home it will always be done with reputable professionals usually in person.

Just beware who you do business with and do not assume they are a legal representative of a property without doing due diligence.

Here is a home we viewed right before it got listed on the MLS. My guess is it was a hoarder home with a lot of cats. They shoveled the home out before we went. But unfortunately with these homes, they have to get gutted in order to maybe get the smell out.

This is an example of another house where the numbers just don't make sense. Everyone involved WANTS it to make sense but it just doesn't. Someone let it go ...

Here is a video of an old Victorian style home we hoped to buy. We later had a contractor look closer at the foundation and discovered it sadly has shifted more then we anticipated. So it's extremely expensive to fix and risky with the added complication of termite damage and a 2 story home.
