Most residential, commercial, and property annual Notices of Assessment were mailed on May 15, which means June 29 at 11:59pm is the last day to appeal the assessed value of your property. The Assessors’ Office provides free online tools to appeal your property value at GwinnettCounty.com/PropertyAppeals.

Property owners may choose to submit a completed PT-311A form online or by mail. It is suggested to send mailed documents by a trackable method to confirm delivery as all mailed forms must be postmarked within 45 days of the date of your notice.

Please be aware that all official County Notices of Assessment are sent in an envelope with the official Gwinnett County logo, Assessors Office name, and address. Any other mail that does not include this information is not affiliated with Gwinnett County. Please contact the Assessors' Office at 770.822.7200 with any questions.
