Now Hiring: Part-Time Property Inspection & Maintenance Assistant

The primary responsibility of this position is completing occupied and vacant property inspections to ensure our homes are being properly maintained and to identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues. This role also assists our Property Maintenance Supervisor with day-to-day operations to keep our rental properties move-in ready and well maintained.

Schedule & Pay
20-30 hours per week (Can be flexible)
$13–$15 per hour, depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities
-Conduct routine occupied and vacant property inspections
-Document inspection findings with notes and photos using our property management software
-Report maintenance concerns and lease violations
-Assist in preparing homes for new residents
-Make and organize property keys
-Change HVAC air filters
-Serve tenant notices as needed
-Complete minor maintenance and repair tasks
-Pick up supplies and materials when needed
-Assist with other property maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
-Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
-Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
-Comfortable working independently throughout the day
-Friendly and professional when interacting with residents
-Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad and mobile apps to complete inspections and utilize our property management software (an iPad will be provided)
-Able to perform basic maintenance tasks and use common hand tools
-Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
-Possesses a valid driver’s license
