I wanted to be in a profession of helping others. I am way to emotional to be a nurse so while thinking of where I wanted to begin again at the age of 41, a friend of mine said one day, "Why don't you be a real estate agent?" So, after that I looked into it, I talked to other realtors and I decided this would be what I invested my time in. I love seeing the look on my buyers faces when their offer is accepted, I love selling a home for a couple who are going off to enjoy retirement on the beach. However, not all transactions are happy ones, so this is not a sales job, its a relations career! It is all in listening to my clients, keeping and open mind and sending them even the iffy homes, because I just never know which one they may choose as their dream home.
