Should you wait for interest rates to come down?

It’s one of the questions I hear the most.

Current mortgage rates are around 6.5%, and while many experts expect them to remain relatively stable in the near term, no one can predict exactly what the market will do.

Here’s something to think about…

✔️ You can refinance your mortgage if rates decrease in the future.

❌ You can’t go back and purchase today’s home at yesterday’s price.

The “perfect” interest rate may never come.

The right time to buy is when your finances, credit, and goals are ready.

The biggest mistake I see people make when it comes to real estate is believing they need to have everything figured out before they start.

You don’t need perfect credit to begin improving it.
You don’t need a huge down payment to start planning.
You don’t need to be an investor to learn how wealth is built through real estate.

What you do need is a plan.

Whether your goal is renting, buying your first home, purchasing an investment property, or simply understanding your options, the first step is always education.

The people who achieve their real estate goals aren’t always the ones who start with the most money. They’re often the ones who start with the most determination.
