Our BPM Maintenance & Management teams recently participated in hands-on fire safety training with the experts at JM Brennan — and it wasn’t just classroom learning!

The team reviewed fire prevention protocols, emergency response procedures, and life-safety best practices, then put that knowledge into action by practicing live fire extinguisher use in controlled scenarios. 🔥🧯

Ongoing training like this ensures our teams are prepared, confident, and equipped to respond quickly and effectively — protecting our residents, our communities, and each other.

Thank you to JM Brennan for leading an engaging and practical training session. Safety remains a top priority at BPM.

We’re proud to support the Mary Lou & Arthur F. Mahone Foundation and this year’s Reaching for Rainbows “Pursuit of Excellence” Scholarship Gala 🌈

This year, the foundation awarded more than $500,000 in scholarships to 33 students from Racine and Kenosha — helping support the next generation through education, mentorship, and opportunity.

Exciting progress continues at Kenosha Country Human Services! Exterior finishes are in progress, with above ceiling inspections nearly complete. Interior work is moving quickly, including carpet installation, painting, glazing, and custom bench seating now taking shape throughout the space.

Behind the scenes, major systems are advancing as well—permanent power to the building is energized, which will pave the way for elevator installation in the coming weeks. Exterior elements and remaining finishes are also lining up as we move into the next phase of construction.

With strong momentum across all areas, the project remains on track for completion in Summer 2026. We’re excited to see this space come together, stay tuned for final completion and follow us for more progress updates on impacts in your neighborhood!
