🔨 Building more than homes—building stronger communities.

Last Friday, a group of women from Bear Real Estate Group spent the day volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Racine & Kenosha Counties for Women Build Week 2026!

Our team rolled up their sleeves and got to work installing siding on garages and doors inside one of the homes, helping bring these future homes another step closer to completion. 🏡

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to step outside of the office, work alongside one another, and give back to the communities we serve.

ANOTHER ONE!
We are excited to announce the closing of Fox Meadowview Apartments, a new 144-unit workforce housing community in the City of Kenosha.

Located at the northeast corner of 50th Street and 52nd Avenue, the development will bring new housing and investment to a site that has remained idle. Its closing marks an important step toward construction and another sign of continued progress across Bear Development’s growing pipeline.

Bear Development is pleased to announce the successful closing of The Franklin, a 222-unit workforce housing development at 1 S. Franklin Street in Madison, Wisconsin.

Located five blocks from the State Capitol near East Washington Avenue, The Franklin represents Bear’s fourth and largest housing investment in Madison. The development reflects our continued commitment to expanding housing opportunities in the communities we serve.

Reaching this milestone required the collaboration and expertise of an exceptional project team. We sincerely thank our development partners, lenders, legal counsel, consultants, municipal leaders, contractors and property management team for their contributions.
