It was really well done, and they thought of everything. All the amenities they included throughout was like a resort. We bring everything, cleaning products etc. when we travel, though if you forget something you are covered. The management company is a 10, probably the best I have come across. Anything you want to know or where it's at is right there without doing a abundance of homework. The best part, being from close to downtown Kerrville, was the abundant of wildlife. All the deer in the front yard with fawns. Hawks on the fence and in the trees, not to mention the morning Doves cooing. The backyard was amazing. The decor throughout was very special.

If you love comfort, convenience and luxury, this little apartment is just perfect! The recent freezing weather made it too dangerous to make the usual commute from San Antonio to Kerrville and back for my coworker and me, so my husband found this great place to hunker down during the worst of it. The home was impeccably clean, comfortable, neatly decorated and had the best Samsung appliances in the kitchen. The easy to use thermostat kept us toasty warm and the leather reclining sofa was the best! The little touches like drinking cups and mini manicure sets in the bathroom and new sponges in the kitchen made a huge impact. The icing on the cake was the mattress! So comfortable after a long day and cold, cold night! I didn’t need the EV charging station, and I wish we could have used the firepit, but next time! The parking area felt safe and secure and the locks were easy to manage on the door. Communication was quick and detailed.

This is a beautiful home! It has everything you need for an extended or short stay. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. Would definitely recommend this home!
