I was new to this entire process having never bought a house previously. I had a lot of questions, needed to talk through things and also needed advice. Not once did Cal make me feel anything but his full attention and support. He had my family's best interest at heart the entire time. Cal is an excellent communicator and is someone who gets things done. He is a Do-er.
I am extremely grateful for Cal and his experience. He was able to help me accomplish my lifelong goal of putting my family in a beautful home. Even when things became difficult, Cal was with me the entire way, giving me sound advice and showing consumate support.
Cal - I meant what I said to you in person....THANK YOU! I appreciate you more than you know for working with me as you did to put my family into the house of our dreams. There is no way that I could have done this with anyone else. I will tell any one who will listen that you are the best in the business, and it is their loss if they choose to work with someone else.
