Monique Thiel, Realtor Monique is available to assist buyers, sellers and agents with all aspects of the real estate market. I am a true Conch, born and raised in Key West, FL.

There is no place I would rather be than on this beautiful island. I graduated from Key West High School in 1999. I then attended college in Tallahassee and Tampa. I returned to Key West with an Education in Business Management. Shortly after that I started working for my Broker Melva (Gibson Wagner) Borley in her Real Estate office. I have been working for her ever since along with Steve Eid. Sun

shine State Realty Services is our small boutique Real Estate office. I have been serving the Key West and the Florida Keys in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry for the last 19 years. I have assisted in over 700 Real Estate transactions. I specialize in Foreclosures and Residential Sales. My goal is to serve my clients with superior service and top-notch experience to make all transactions close smoothly. I am a FULL TIME Realtor®, Real Estate is and has been my only job since I started this career. I work every day and adjust my schedule around my client’s needs in order to complete the job. I am currently an Executive Director to the Key West Association Board of Directors and have been a Board member for many years. My passion is also giving back to the Community, working hard and spending time with my loved ones and especially my beautiful daughter.
