🏡 JUST SOLD — And just like that, one chapter ends and another begins. ❤️

I’m so happy for my clients, Dawn and her family.

This was truly a beautiful home, and from the beginning, they did everything they could to make the selling process easy and smooth.

Life, however, had already started their next chapter. A new job meant moving five hours away, and they trusted me to take care of everything here in the Keys while they started their new life.

Yesterday, they officially closed on their Florida Keys home. 🔑
And today, they’re closing on their new home in Port St. Lucie. 🏡

That’s what I love about real estate. It’s never just about selling a house. Behind every closing there’s usually a much bigger life story — a new job, a new city, a growing family, a fresh start.

Dawn, thank you for trusting me with such an important transition. I’m truly grateful I could be part of this milestone, and I wish you and your family so much happiness in your new home. ❤️
