2️⃣ closings. 7️⃣ weeks. Same amazing clients. (My clients wonderful husband not pictured today)

This one was especially meaningful because it was my second closing with this wonderful client in just 7 weeks.

The first time, I had the privilege of helping them purchase land where their new home will be constructed . Today, I helped them close the chapter on a piece of land they’ve owned and pass it along to its new owner.

Real estate is so much more than transactions—it’s helping people navigate life’s transitions, goals, and new beginnings.

There’s something emotional about walking through a home one last time before closing. The walls are empty. The pictures are gone. The rooms are quiet. But if those walls could talk, they would tell beautiful stories.

This was their first home. The home where they carried their babies through the front door for the very first time. The home where birthdays were celebrated, holidays were shared, milestones were reached, and countless memories were made.

As a Realtor, I help clients buy and sell houses every day, but moments like this are a reminder that we’re really helping people transition through chapters of life. A house is made of bricks and lumber, but a home is built with love, laughter, tears, and memories. This week, this sweet family will hand over the keys to this home.

While it’s never easy saying goodbye to a place that holds so much of your story, it’s exciting to know another family will soon fill these rooms with memories of their own. I am incredibly honored to have been trusted with such an important season in their lives.
