While there are the rare unicorns of Perfect Property and Perfect Location in the same listing, oftentimes you have to decide which is more important to you.

You've heard the phrase "You gotta have 20% down payment to buy a home" but if that's keeping you from buying your dream home, let me encourage you!

There are many loan programs available today to help first time home buyers get into a home with little to no money down.

Programs such as THDA, USDA, or FHA can be great options to get you into your dream home without having to have a 20% down payment at closing.
