I first talked to Bobbe in 2019. She said she wanted to move into a villa but she had to talk her husband Jack into it. Bobbe and I stayed in touch over the years and I sent her villas that were on the market. Fast forward to 2026 … Jack was maybe ready to move (maybe). We put their home of 54 years on the market and another family wanted it to be their forever home. We found Bobbe and Jack a beautiful villa in Chesterfield where they could relax and not worry about so much maintenance. It was a pleasure getting to know them and helping them in their buying and selling process. I wish them the best!!!

It was closing day for my sellers today. After living in their beautiful home for 34 years, they decided it was time to move closer to family and downsize. I loved helping them sell their home and buy a new one. I wish them the best in the future and many happy years making new memories in their new home.
