NJL Custom Homes is looking for dependable Residential Construction Laborers to join our team!

We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with starting pay at $18.00 per hour. Construction or handyman experience is preferred, but not required—we’re looking for responsible individuals who are willing to work hard and learn.

Applicants must have:

✅ A valid driver’s license
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ The ability to work indoors and outdoors
✅ The ability to lift heavy objects
✅ Dependability and a flexible attitude
