Y'all... it's only July 12th, and we've completed 71 vacation rental turnovers in the last 12 days… That doesn't include our residential clients, second homes, or commercial cleanings.
If you had told me a few years ago that this little business would grow into what it is today, I never would've believed you. I started with a dream, a willingness to work hard, and a desire to build a better life for my daughter. Today, I get to look around at something far bigger than I ever imagined!
What makes me the proudest isn't the number of homes we clean or how much we've grown. It's the team behind it all.
Every single turnover gives us just six hours to transform a home from one family checking out to another family walking into their vacation. That takes an incredible amount of teamwork, communication, and dedication.
To our cleaning team, thank you for showing up day after day, giving your best even when the days are long and the temperatures are even hotter. Your work never goes unnoticed!!!
To our laundry team, thank you for fighting the battle behind the scenes every single week. Keeping thousands of pounds of linens washed, folded, organized, and delivered back to the right homes is no small task, and you continue to make it happen!
I may have built Coastal Cleaning 252, but this business is carried by people who care just as deeply as I do. Every single day, we're out there together from sunup to sundown, doing whatever it takes to make sure every home is ready for the next family. I'm incredibly proud of what we've built, but even more proud of the team standing beside me, working just as hard to make it all happen. None of this would be possible without them.🫶
We're only halfway through July, and I can't wait to see what the rest of this season has in store.
