Moved to Knoxville very recently and the residents and staff has been really welcoming and helpful. We’ve had a great experience at Residences at Devanshire. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe—exactly what you want in a place to call home. The homes themselves are thoughtfully laid out, with modern finishes and plenty of space.

What really stands out is the management and maintenance team. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Any requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference day to day.

The location is also a big plus—convenient to everything while still feeling tucked away from the noise.

Overall, it’s a high-quality community that’s run the right way. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.
