Some closings mean a little more. 🤍

These two aren’t just repeat clients. They’re people who have trusted me, supported me, referred friends and family to me, and now allowed me to be part of something incredibly special: the very beginning of their forever home.

We closed on the land where that home will one day stand.

And I have to give Adam a little extra recognition. I watched him go above and beyond to make this property happen for his family. He worked incredibly hard, stayed determined when it would have been easier not to, and did far more than most people will ever know behind the scenes. There’s something really special about watching a husband and father work that hard to create something lasting for the people he loves.

From helping them secure the land to connecting them with an architect and builder, getting to be part of this process from the ground up is exactly why I love what I do.

Congratulations, you two. I already know this one is going to be special. Now let’s build that forever home. 🤍
