One of the things I’ve learned after all these years in real estate is that the right answer isn’t always the easy answer.

Sometimes a house checks every box on paper, but something still doesn’t feel right. Sometimes the numbers work, but the timing doesn’t. Sometimes the best advice I can give a client has nothing to do with making a sale.

My job isn’t to convince people to buy or sell.

My job is to help them make decisions they’ll feel good about long after the closing table.

The truth is, there are a lot of agents who can help you complete a transaction. What matters is having someone in your corner who sees the bigger picture and cares about the outcome as much as you do.

That’s always been the part of real estate I’ve enjoyed most.
