LaFayette Gardens is now accepting applications for residency.

A two bedroom, one-bathroom apartment will be available soon.
Applicants are encouraged to apply while this opportunity is available.

Eligibility requirements include passing a credit and background check. A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 is required. Our office hours are Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 to 4:30. Applications can also be picked up at any time from the box outside our office door.

Today we had our fire safety meeting and resident appreciation. Thank you to the LaFayette Fire Dept for educating us. We learned about grease fires, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and escape plans. It was a great day. Thank you to the residents who were able to attend.
