✨ Funny thing about this one…
I never even got the chance to post the new listing because it went under contract in less than a week. 😌
That’s right. Before I could finish typing up all the details, snapping extra photos, and telling the internet how great it was… somebody already said, “I’ll take it.” 🫢
Now we’re officially PENDING on 404 David Marcantel Road, and I couldn’t be more excited.
I’d love to see this one make it all the way to the closing table and watch these new investors breathe fresh life back into this home and beautiful piece of property. There’s something special about seeing an old place get a second chance.
