I love discovering little places in NSB that I’ve somehow never noticed before! ☕️

Wake Up Café is tucked just off the North Causeway, and I honestly had no idea this little spot was there!

We stopped in for breakfast and coffee, and now it’s officially on my list of places to come back to. 🍳☕️

Okay, I have to admit… I never knew why Sanford was called “Celery City.” 😂

After the big freeze in the 1890s wiped out much of the citrus crop, Sanford became a major vegetable-growing and shipping center—and celery became the big star! 🥬

I took a look at Central Beach, Coronado Beach & North Village to see what’s really happening around town.

The big takeaway? NSB is a balanced market, but there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Location matters. Price matters. Strategy matters. 😉
