My latest client performance review, lot sale 11289 Alligator Trail, Wellington, Fl 33449. $2.6m in 12 days. Since its closing, there have been four dives for perfectly good homes on a full five useable acres. Minus the 1.4 on the powerlines. 1.4, 1.6, 2.05, & $1.95m dollars. Tried handing fliers out out but this kid who has been trespassing in my yard for 2+ years, called mommy, obviously daddy probably doesn’t want him livng with his gf anymore. Just a guess. I just wanted to compare pics I physically took and what he looks like today. He doesn’t own a side by side. He has all his fingers.
IMHO anyone who isn’t blood should have a CBC check before admittance. The bylaws state, non blood needs HOA approal.
All vets, grooms (s**t shovelers) and any person who drives a mo-ped to work. We have had four grow houses, one bombed car after a bank robbery, one deceased body 6” facedown @ the end of Hawk. 50th street used to a clandestine touch and go for bad people. If they have a “home invasion” charge, we should eliminate them from access as their registration in in Riviera Beach.
