People do your homework before spending $4m dollars on a spec home. Highest price paid for a home on the POWERLINES is $1.05m, it was Cody Yerkes house. I sold it for $700k in 2020’ & it was resold as a flip for $1.05m (out a hundred into it) not a good investment & after being on market for three years it eventually sold for $1.05m. (561) 365-7590
