We work hard to restore homes and make homes affordable AND beautiful but there’s something that makes us angry about housing issues in our city. Can we rant for 2 minutes?
We see housing companies charging extra if someone has bad credit. Now, credit is a rigged game against hard working people and to charge extra when folks are working hard or rebuilding after difficult times. Whew! 🤯🥵
Friends, we believe there’s a better way to work together!
We have $0 upfront fees. Always have. The only time we run a background and credit check is AFTER an applicant has been approved on character reference, paystubs, bank account, and budget. We just ask for honesty upfront. Guess what happens? People are honest.
No declines for credit score.
Let that sink in.
People are more than one number on a page which they aren’t even allowed to know the scoring. 😤
People are accountable for choices, absolutely, but we believe in helping guide those good choices rather than making it harder!

We WANT our renters to succeed financially and they do! We are so stinkin’ proud of our renters accomplishments.
They are fighting for stability after job loss. They are just starting out and breaking generational poverty. They are having their first baby and working hard to raise that sweet babe right. They are single dads raising a son solo to be a responsible adult (and he is!) They are single moms with high energy kiddos who have smiles that light up the room. Every walk of life and each important.
