Stewart Home Group started in 2018 as the husband and wife team of James and Erin Stewart. Focused on helping sellers find ‘outside the box’ solutions and revitalizing distressed properties, this husband and wife duo hit the ground running and have already made an impact in the Lancaster community that they love. Stewart Home Group is best known for helping sellers to get a fair price for their homes while finding creative solutions to make the selling process as easy and painless as possible. Many of the properties purchased are distressed; in need of extensive repairs, major clean-outs, or total updating. Working as a team with professional contractors, Jim and Erin completely rehab the distressed houses, breathing life back into the properties and making them shine with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Usually, this means completely gutting the home and starting from scratch, bringing everything up to code. With the quality workmanship comes attention to detail. Granite countertops, beautiful kitchens and modern bathrooms are almost always part of the scope of work. These beautiful homes are then rented out, providing the members of the community with a home they can be proud of. Stewart Home Group works in partnership with their residents and places great value on exceptional customer service. Jim is a full-time instructor at Thaddeus Stevens College and uses his extensive background and knowledge of construction work to oversee Stewart Home Group’s rehab projects and contractors. Erin has a background in property management and as a special education teacher. She shares her warm heart with Stewart Home Group’s residents and is passionate about creating a positive experience for all sellers. Erin and Jim have a young boy named Myles, who is the main reason behind the business! Myles’ parents are focused on building a business that will positively impact the community where he will grow up. Stewart Home Group is truly a family business, focused on giving back to the community and being the positive change that Erin & Jim hope to see in the world. After learning the needs of more and more sellers, Erin and Jim decided to add on an additional service to the business! Erin is now a licensed real estate agent and works in partnership with Life Changes Realty Group. This amazing team of dedicated agents aims to serve and give back to the community.
