As many of you may be aware, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued an order in Flowers Title Companies, LLC v. Bessent vacating the FinCEN Real Estate Reporting Rule.
In light of this decision, we are pausing all collection of personal data and all reporting activities related to the rule, effective immediately. Please note that these requirements could be reinstated in the future pending further court action or additional guidance from FinCEN.
We, along with our underwriters, will continue to monitor developments closely and provide timely updates as new information becomes available.
