Introducing Windrose: The Train Depot 🚂
We’re so excited to officially welcome the newest Windrose stay!
Located in Lapeer, Michigan, The Train Depot is a cozy upstairs retreat with a nod to the history right outside its windows. We’ve filled the space with warm woods, vintage finds, local Lapeer railroad photographs and all the comforts we’d want when staying away from home.
With 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, dedicated workspace and spacious living area, it’s designed for weekend visits, work trips and extended stays alike.
And yes—the name is quite literal. 😉 The home sits directly across from an active railroad, so passing trains, whistles and a little railroad rumble are all part of the experience. 🚂
We can’t wait to welcome our first guests and watch this little place become part of their Lapeer memories.
