Sweetest closing ever yesterday - even though we had a minor obstacle course at the end. We made it with a little team work and patience from all parties.
The buyers and I go way back to the early 2000's so I absolutely appreciate they chose to trust me to help them with this purchase. They are purchasing this property for their family as a central hub to live and visit. That in itself is a blessing. The market and economy is tough. Being able to do this for family is an even bigger blessing. So proud of them for their hustle and drive. Watching them succeed in their endeavors is motivation for sure!

Whewwwwww! We are closed!

First one was some work baby. When I tell you we had to put in some elbow grease, extra work, and have some patience. Not every file is easy, especially this year, but going through the hard work and getting those keys placed in their hands made it WORTH IT. I am so happy for my buyers and their little family. You deserve this so much!

Secondly, congrats to my seller! He had low hopes of it selling fast just due to the state of the market but within a few weeks we had a full price offer. The file was a breeze. Gotta love being able to exceed expectations.

Third! Congratulations to my little renters who moved on up and bought a house out of state! I was able to refer them out when I was down and out earlier this summer. They are officially real southern residents now! Wish I could have helped them fully. Just a little motivation to get licensed in a couple gulf coast states 🫣

If you or anyone you know is ready to jump in, let's freaking go while it's still hot! Rates are steady, sellers are motivated, and buyers are getting some help where they need.
