Paisano Home Builders is growing our sales team. These are full-time positions only. We are not hiring part-time or contract sales staff at this time.

We are looking for energetic, positive people who truly want to help families buy their new homes. You do not need experience in real estate or new construction. We will provide the training, product knowledge, and support you need. What we are looking for is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a real desire to help buyers.

Full-time availability is required, including weekends, since that is when most families are out looking at homes.

Paisano Home Builders has been building move-in-ready and semi-custom homes, as well as Build-on-Your-Lot projects, in South Laredo since 1996. Our communities include Santa Elena, Wright Ranch, and El Eden.
