Stepping into the inaugural Boardroom U.S. Founding Cohort in Boston was more than an experience—it was a shift in perspective.
Over the course of a few days, I moved beyond the day-to-day operational mindset and into true board-level thinking—focusing on governance, strategy, and long-term impact. Through Harvard Business School-led sessions and real-world board simulations, I had the opportunity to step into the role of a Director, navigate complex decisions, and collaborate alongside CEOs and seasoned board leaders.
What stood out most wasn’t just the education—it was the caliber of the room. A highly curated group of executives, all committed to growth, accountability, and elevating one another. The conversations were intentional, the connections meaningful, and the experience transformative.
This is just the beginning of a 12-month journey focused on continued development, board readiness, and expanding leadership at the highest levels.
I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a mission that is actively creating more seats at the table for women in leadership.
