Recently closed escrow on a beautiful Larkspur condo, and this one had a story behind it.

This condo had been a long-term tenant's home for 7 years, so after they moved out in March, we spent six weeks coordinating contractors and staging to get it market-ready. That prep work paid off. In a market where HOA properties can be a tougher sell, we had a strong 28-day marketing period and found the right buyers.

A special thank-you to the buyers' agent, a fantastic professional from another brokerage and a fellow member of one of my networking groups.
