Padma Mott-Valdevit is a long-time resident of Las Cruces and loves the area. She came here in the mid-80's to take a year off between boarding school and college and found that she loved the area, the people, the desert and most of all the green chili! She now makes her home with her husband and daughter on their small farm in Mesilla and feels that she lives very close to heaven.

The move to selling real estate came in 2003 while trying to find a job that would pay for her hobby/job at the time, horse trainer and riding instructor, which she still does, time permitting. After a very short time selling real estate, she realized that she loved to process, putting the perfect home together with her clients.

Padma specializes in the older areas of town, Mesilla, Alameda, and the downtown area, as well as horse properties.
