A $2.1 BILLION BASEBALL STADIUM ON THE LAS VEGAS STRIP! ⚾

Who would have imagined years ago that Las Vegas would become home to another major professional sports team?

I’ve been in Las Vegas real estate for decades, and I’ve watched this city reinvent itself again and again.

Now, the former Tropicana site is being transformed into a new home for the Athletics, with opening targeted for the 2028 baseball season.

But here’s what interests me beyond baseball.

Think about the visitors, restaurants, hotels, businesses, and potential opportunities this project could bring to the surrounding area.

Of course, a major development also raises questions about traffic, infrastructure, and whether the investment will deliver the benefits people expect.

Las Vegas keeps evolving, and I find it fascinating to watch where the next chapter takes us.
